To ensure appointment availability for all clients, we request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice will be subject to 50 % of the scheduled service cost. No-shows or missed appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file. We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can arise.
